The Preston Archetype:

Inspired. Our search for people is predicated on a strong desire to build something of value and meaning in the world. Everyone in our building wants to build something truly different within our industry. We think there are better ways to do business and we are dedicated to discovering the best ideas yet to come.

Differentiated. We seek people who see the world differently than us. We don’t see significant value in everyone pursuing uniformity throughout our industry or company. We get excited when we meet people who tell us there is a different, better way.

Collaborative. We inspire to have a discursive experience at our company, where sharing ideas is intensely sought after. We are a deliberate company, which requires a healthy deliberation of unique perspectives and opinions. At Preston, everyone’s inclusion into what is being built here isn’t just optional - it’s required.

Creative and Experimental. We are far more concerned with what can be done versus what has already been done before. We believe doing things differently yields different results, and it takes devotion to a creative process to realize that. If it could make a client’s life better, we will try it - and if it doesn’t exist, we will build it.

Intellectually Passionate and Curious. We desire individuals who value knowledge in and of itself. We want people who are obsessive about mastering the things that capture their minds the most. The problems we are tasked with solving can be immensely difficult, and well trained, enthusiastic minds are best positioned to solve them.
